DEADLINES
Submission deadline is always the 10th of the preceding month for the next month’s ads.

SUBMISSIONS
Ads can be submitted by Email or mailed to our office address (see below). Text submissions must be in Microsoft Word or PDF file formats ready for print.

PHOTOS
All logos and pictures must be sent as jpeg files and included as attachments only. Logos and pictures embedded in Microsoft Word files will not be accepted. Photos are to be no smaller that 900k or 300 dpi.

REMINDER
All first time ads must be accompanied by a full layout of the header with photos and all pertinent information.
